Graduate Certificate in Organizational Learning and Change
Provides an in-depth understanding of how a learning focus helps organizations improve their performance and create sustainable change. Students acquire the practical knowledge and skills necessary to assess organizational performance and help design and lead effective change initiatives. If accepted, all 12 credits will apply toward the 30 credit Masters degree program in Organizational Leadership and Learning.
