Dr. Robinson is currently the Senior Technical Assistance (TA) and Research Analyst with the George Washington University Center for Rehabilitation Counseling Research and Education (CRCRE) providing TA and Training.

She previously served as Assistant Professor and Graduate Coordinator for Graduate Programs in the School of Education at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Additionally, she was Deputy Chief of Field Services with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services (ARS) for 9 years. She supervised 19 field offices at ARS with approximately an 18 million dollar budget. Prior to that, Dr. Robinson worked at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock as a Fieldwork Coordinator and Adjunct Instructor.

Dr. Robinson earned a B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Counseling/emphasis in Rehabilitation, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration. She is a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed School Counselor.

Dr. Robinson serves as a board member on the Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling Certification (CRCC) Education Committee, an Editorial Board member of the Journal of Rehabilitation Practices and Research, and the National Association for Multicultural Concerns (NAMRC) as a Board Member At Large.
