All incoming students must attend one of the sessions listed below (either in-person or synchronous online):

Graduate Students

  Audience: All new master's, Education Specialist, graduate certificate, and post-master's certificate students
 
An introduction to GW, GSEHD and the resources available to you as an incoming student.

Doctoral Students

  Wednesday, Aug 20, 7 pm
  Via Zoom
  Audience: All new doctoral students
 
Tailored to incoming doctoral students, this webinar will provide an overview of the doctoral student journey, including an introduction to GSEHD and resources.

  Required Asynchronous Virtual Orientation      

 

All new students are enrolled in an asynchronous New Student Orientation in Blackboard. This orientation is required. It is self-paced so you can complete the orientation on your own time. The deadline for completion is the first day of the semester.

To access the New Student Orientation, please use your GW credentials to log into Blackboard. The Orientation is listed under “Organizations.”
