The Educational Leadership & Administration (ELA) program prepares you for leadership roles as a principal, mid-level administrator, instructional supervisor, superintendent, researcher, and educator in school districts, national organizations, and beyond. Convenient and flexible classes will be offered in a hybrid model for the Post-Master’s Certificate in Loudoun County, with some classes held online asynchronously and some held on-site at the LCPS Central Administration Building in Ashburn. The program for the county focuses on local issues and also includes courses and field experiences designed to meet administrative certification requirements in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and other states that honor interstate compact agreements.
