GSEHD alumna Neenia Barlatt-Higgins (Ed.D., Human and Organizational Learning), Senior Manager, Accenture and Faculty Consultant for the Human and Organizational Learning Program, received the 2022 Esworthy Malcolm S. Knowles Dissertation of the Year Award from the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) for her paper, "Trailblazers in Hospitality: Career Advancement Experiences of Women of Color Executives." Dr. Maria Cseh served as her dissertation advisor.
The AHRD Esworthy Malcolm S. Knowles Dissertation of the Year Award is given to commend an outstanding doctoral dissertation that exemplifies scholarly work and contributes to the HRD field.
