Graduate Certificate in Leadership Development

This graduate certificate program in leadership development enables students to acquire skills in the areas of instructional design, group processes, adult learning, organizational diagnosis and consulting strategies, depending upon the needs and interests of the student. Designed for working professionals, program participants apply new skills in real world settings as well as in the classroom. This certificate provides students with a realistic preview of the master's degree program in Organizational Leadership and Learning. If accepted, all 15 credits will apply toward the 30-credit Master's degree program.
