GSEHD alumnus Dan Freehling (master's, Organizational Leadership and Learning) hosts a podcast called Forward-Looking Leadership. He recently invited fellow GSEHD program alumna Korinne Ellis (master's, Organizational Leadership and Learning) to be a guest on the episode: "Korinne Ellis on Strengthening Workplace Culture, Growing Emerging Leaders, and Developing Mentor Relationships." Per the episode notes, the pair discusses the importance of intentional leadership and leading with a human-first approach in building a strong organizational culture.
