The ETS-George Washington University Research Summer Interns started their program at the ETS Campus in Princeton at the beginning of June. They spent the first two weeks attending orientation events, research workshops, and meetings with their mentors and scientists from different research areas. Since June 17, they have been working on their assigned research projects remotely.
Doctoral student Ying Lu (Human and Organizational Learning) wrote: "I am working on a research project on social and emotional learning of high school students. The project not only allows me to touch a new research topic of SEL, but provides an opportunity for me to process a large pool of real-world data and apply statistical models learned in class. It is a precious learning journey."
