Dr. Alexander is the sixth grade principal at Rippon Middle School in Virginia. He is recognized for creating a welcoming school culture where students and staff are seen as a top priority. In addition, he has boosted school community engagement, leading to a 75% increase in the Parent Teacher Student Organization membership year over year.
