GSEHD alumni Steve Upchurch (master's, Rehabilitation Counseling), Training Director for Vocational Rehabilitation at Indiana's Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, was interviewed on the local Indianapolis Fox 59 News station, along with one of his clients, Jesus Sanchez Garcia.

The state of Indiana has many resources for students and employees with disabilities to help them achieve their goals. For many, this can include help providing resources for those looking to gain and keep jobs. The Bureau of Rehabilitation Services is a state agency that helps individuals with disabilities mitigate barriers to employment so they can have successful careers.

Mr. Upchurch explains how he connected Mr. Garcia with assistive technology to help with communication on his jobs as a restaurant host and a DJ.
