For many, this can include help providing resources for those looking to gain and keep jobs. The Bureau of Rehabilitation Services is a state agency that helps individuals with disabilities mitigate barriers to employment so they can have successful careers.
Mr. Upchurch explains how he connected Mr. Garcia with assistive technology to help with communication on his jobs as a restaurant host and a DJ.
