GSEHD alumna Dr. Anitza San Miguel (Ed.D., Higher Education Administration) serves as the Dean of Science at Valencia College in Florida. She was chosen by Congressman Darren Soto (FL) to be recognized and honored as part of Women's History Month due to her dedication to improving lives within the community. Congressman Soto read her biography on the House Floor and it has been entered into the Congressional Record to permanently record her efforts.
