Alumna Joy Walker (master's, Education) has been named a top 5 finalist for 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year by Richland School District Two in South Carolina. Ms. Walker teaches English language arts at Kelly Mill Med Pro Middle School in Blythewood, SC. She was named Kelly Mill's Teacher of the Year for 2024-25, as voted on be her peers.
