Dr. David Schwandt

Dr. David Schwandt was a faculty member of the Executive Leadership Program. Before being hired at the George Washington University, Dr. Schwandt served as the Director of Organizational and Human Development for the U.S. General Accounting Office for eleven years. He presented the Schwandt Organizational Learning Model at various national and international conferences and workshops and published more the sixty articles and chapters in scholarly works. He provided the chapter “Learning as an Organization: A Journey into Chaos” in the book, Learning Organizations. He is a charter member of the Academy of HRD and belongs to the American Sociological Society, the Systems Dynamic Society, the Academy of Management, the National Training Laboratory, and the Organization Development Network.
