The Human and Organizational Learning EdD Program is pleased to announce the following program award recipients for Academic Year 2025/2026:
John and Claudia Boswell Scholarships were established to recognize Human and Organizational Leadership students who are acknowledged to be “pushing the envelope” in questioning their assumptions, engaging others in critical reflection and offering insightful critiques of the human and organizational learning literature and the contemporary theories and practices that comprise this field. Boswell Scholarship Awardees:

Founders’ Research Fellowships were established to recognize dissertations deemed to offer the greatest potential contribution to research and practice focused on cutting-edge, cross-disciplinary research that contributes to human and organizational learning, human resource development, learning theory, and organizational change. Michael J. Marquardt 100 Fellowships were established to honor Dr. Michael J. Marquardt, Professor Emeritus, to recognize scholar practitioners conducting research in any of the Human and Organizational Learning pillars, with special interest in action learning, global leadership, organizational learning, global teams and cross-cultural studies. Marquardt Fellowship awardees:

Dr. Mary Kay Vona and Family Endowed Doctoral Scholarship was established by Human and Organizational Learning’s Executive Leadership Program alumna Dr. Mary Kay Vona to honor her family’s commitment to education and to recognize Human and Organizational Learning students who are actively engaging in contributing to the field of through scholarship and research. The Vona Scholarship awardee is Graciano Petersen.
