Organizational Forgetting Part II: A Review of the Literature and Future Directions

Dr. Andrea Casey presented a research paper entitled, "From a distant past to a distant future: Layers of time in organizational identity," at the European Group of Organizational Studies Annual Conference. This paper was presented with co-author, Dr. Sonia Coman, the Anne van Biema Curatorial Fellow at the Freer Gallery of Art and the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, Smithsonian Institution. In addition, Dr. Casey published an article, “Organizational forgetting Part II: a review of the literature and future directions” with coauthors, Fernando Olivera, from the Ivey Business School, Western University in CA and Stefania Mariano from the School of Business Administration, American University of Sharjah, UAE in The Learning Organization Journal. Dr. Casey also published a book chapter, "The enduring presence of the founder: A historical and interdisciplinary perspective on the organizational identity of collection museums," with Dr. Sonia Coman in the text, Historical Organization Studies: Theory and Applications.
