        As the administrative arm of the Office of the Dean, the Office of Student Services oversees the new student orientation, comprehensive examinations, requests for a leave of absence, registration issues, student appeals, dissertation defenses for doctoral students, and degree clearance.

        The Office of Career Services assists members of the GSEHD community in identifying career goals, exploring options, preparing for a job or internship search, and determining how to best utilize print, human, and online resources.

      A variety of counseling programs are designed to prepare students to become skilled professional practitioners in an expansive range of counseling specialties, including school counseling, clinical mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling and career and workforce development, among others.
