Graduate Certificate in Global Leadership in Teams and Organizations

Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Global Leadership in Teams & Organizations is designed to explore the impact of culture and globalization on the lives of individuals, organizations and societies.  It will examine models and conceptual frameworks of culture to understand the nature of learning, change and leadership across cultures. The program of study includes international company site visits, cultural exchanges, world-renowned faculty and guest speakers.

The four-course, 12-credit program in Global Leadership in Teams and Organizations meets four times a year. Two classes are offered in Ashburn as well as overseas which allows students the option of taking two, three or four courses overseas.  Course locations for 2015-2016 include:

Hong Kong, China - August 25-29, 2015
Cape Town, South Africa - January 19-23, 2016
Buenos Aires, Argentina - March 14-18, 2016
