Part of the Human and Organizational Learning Department, the Design and Assessment of Adult Learning Graduate Certificate Program provides both the theoretical foundation and the practical tools to determine when training and education solutions are appropriate for the workplace.

Students obtain skills in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating workplace educational interventions. This certificate provides students with a realistic preview of the master's degree program in Organizational Leadership & Learning.
