GW alumna Alexandra Cintron Jimenez (master's, International Education) won the 2025 NAFSA Region VII New Professional Award. This award recognizes an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to international education through enthusiasm, potential for leadership, and actual accomplishments in their institution or community, and region.
Alexandra works as an Immigration Advisor (International Student Advisor) supporting incoming international students who will begin their studies at Florida State University (FSU).
