As the HR Manager for GSEHD, Erina is a business partner to leadership, managers, and staff. She's available to provide assistance in a variety of areas, including employee relations, organizational/employee development, succession planning, compensation, staffing, benefits, payroll, alternative work arrangements, and recruitment. Prior to transitioning to HR, her career focused primarily on student services and academic affairs, and then faculty affairs. Erina is a proud GSEHD alum who earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration.
