Mayberg Center Provides Professional Development Opportunity to Area Teachers

On Monday, January 27th, GSEHD's Mayberg Center for Jewish Education and Leadership partnered with three area schools to present a morning of professional development for approximately 3,00 teachers on student anxiety. Dr. Erica Brown interviewed Dr. Beth Tuckwiller, who addressed case studies in student anxiety and also spoke about the importance of teacher wellness. Special kudos to Dr. Sharon Blumenthal-Cohen for her assistance in organizing and coordinating the day.
