It has come to our attention that some students who submitted proposals to ESRI have not yet received notification of their participation. Due to a technical issue with the online submission system, some proposals may not have been received. If your submission successfully transmitted you would have received a confirmation email from the ESRI Leadership Team in November acknowledging receipt of your proposal and a second email during winter recess with your proposal feedback and notification of whether or not the proposal was accepted for the conference. If you did not receive a confirmation email or your feedback, please email your proposal to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  and inlude the cover page. In order to be considered for the conference we must have your re-submission no later than Monday, January 30th.
