Call for Proposals

Thanks to all who submitted, we received a record number of proposals this year!

Welcome to the 2012 Educational Symposium for Research and Innovations proposal information page. The information below is intended to assist with the development and submission of conference proposals. All students, alumni, and friends of The George Washington University Graduate School of Education and Human Development are invited to attend and/or present academic and professional projects at ESRI.

We encourage you to participate in cutting edge presentations related to all levels and areas of education including issues surrounding education policy, international education, teacher preparation, assessment, special education, higher education, administration, governance, counseling and much more.

The official ESRI Call for Proposals is available below. This document will contain all relevant information on the proposal submission process, proposal categories, the review process, and detailed requirements for each type of ESRI presentation. Please take the time to read the portion(s) of this document that relate to the type of proposal you envision submitting. Although the submission deadline has passed for ESRI 2012, please use the documents below as guides for submitting proposals in future years.

  • Proposal Content Form
    You will submit your proposal using this document. Please do not include any identifying information. Attach an additional page if necessary, but please try to limit your proposal to 2 pages.   • Cover Page
    The cover page will accompany your proposal and contain all identifying information. This page will be removed during the review process. You only need to submit a cover page if you are emailing your proposal. Online submissions only need to complete and upload the proposal content form and a cover page will be generated.
