New stages of litigation around race-conscious policies have emerged in higher education since the U.S. Supreme Court’s last affirmative action case Grutter v. Bollinger (2003). This session will discuss the new legal questions that have emerged and identify areas of social science research that may help provide answers to these questions and inform future legal development.
