 Capital Educators Partnership - National Research Council Discusses Report on Teacher Certification Effectiveness
Authors of a new report on the effectiveness of national teacher certification discussed their findings at the Summer 2008 Capital Educators Partnership Forum, hosted by the Graduate School of Education and Human Development on June 11th.
