Capital Educators Partnership - National Research Council Discusses Report on Teacher Certification Effectiveness
Authors of a new report on the effectiveness of national teacher certification discussed their findings at the Summer 2008 Capital Educators Partnership Forum, hosted by the Graduate School of Education and Human Development on June 11th. A panel of experts, including the vice president of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, responded to the findings of the study, which was commissioned by Congress.Watch video excerpts here
