Before joining the GW faculty, Dr. Cho Kim served as assistant professor of counseling at Messiah College, where she taught graduate and undergradate coursework.

Research interests include counseling techniques and diversity/multicultural issues. Dr. Cho Kim has published and presented research on identity and psychological well-being among culturally diverse youth and young adults.
