Awarding
Shortly after the application deadline passes, the faculty will make decisions about who will receive an on-campus merit based award offer in the first round. An alternate list will also be created. Since a number of first round awards are declined, as those awards become available ranked applicants who are on the alternate list may receive an award offer.
Notification
First round offer letters will be sent via post and email by approximately the last week in February/first week of March. These awardees have until APRIL 15th to accept or decline their awards.
Throughout the spring, award letters will continue to be mailed and emailed to those that are on the alternate list. This means that if you do not receive an award in the first round, you may still receive an award offer later in the spring. The deadline to respond to the offer will be noted in your letter.
Our goal is to have the entire awards process complete by JUNE 1st. This way, other sources of funding may be explored before the fall semester begins.
